The graphics sucked me in, and the puzzles were a bit of a challenge at first, but once I figured out what I was supposed to do in the puzzle it was pretty easy after that. Maybe a bit too easy, since I wound up just finding a solid way to get everything done right and spending the two minutes it took to shift everything in place, but the fact that the puzzles were pretty clever and original makes up for that plenty. A level of monotony is to be expected on your average puzzle game: they're not there for boundless excitement and action.
All in all, a very artistic, and fun little puzzle game.
I basically left the game with an unsettled feeling. Though I don't quite understand it.
I admit I find something this dark and unsettling to be appropriate for the topic the title gives. I tried two playthroughs. Both were a bit chilling, but enticing. One obedient, one disobedient to the commands. I found the difference interesting. Though in the end, I guess I just can't really relate to the material, so I do not really associate with it and thus do not get it.
That aside though, involved artistic games like this always grasp firmly at my fascination.
Early one you have two guys that I want to say are pirates. Blond haired guy, black haired guy. Only show up once somewhat early on in the song. I swear I know who those characters are, and it's killing me that I can't name them... or at least identify what they're from.
Okay. I admit I've thought of that ending before, but I actually thought this would be closer to the original, except nobody is sympathetic about Ash turning to stone in the end, or his stone self is smashed in apathy, something like that. This is much better.
You have created something that's cream puffed with awesome and preservatives of insanity.
You did a good job. I could relate to the main character, and given the really simple video, that translates to: well created little video. In my mind, anyway.
It also sparked me to want to find more videos with sentiment like this. Not sure where I'd look. I guess my best bet is the Valentine collections if I can find them somehow, or some other relevant collection.
Some people take the dumbest crap too seriously. I just follow the damn thing in vague interest.
Ah well. It doesn't matter, I suppose, though I guess now that she's confessed the NaruHina fans are going to get their wish possibly, in the very likely instance she survives. They had a scene where she's shown to be alive and conscious, just barely, and had the other characters say they're going to go tend to her, so it seems pretty likely.
I've seen the "Game of Life" around, and heard those rules before. I've even seen instructions for putting together a simple microcontroller and LED screen that just runs those algorithms. First time I've seen it implemented in a game, and I have to say I had fun solving all of those puzzles.
Here's my thing, it's nothing special, I was just bored so I kinda wrote:
On a note, this is nothing like Wall E. The Pixar comment is honestly probably refering to those shorts they always open with that lamp, and some kind of short quirky video.
Back to the video itself, I quite liked it. A quirky little short, that definitely reminded me of those Pixar shorts. Constantly working at its goal, and not getting anywhere in the end. It was put together well, and I do like the sounds and well placed music. It adds a lot of effect to what would be rather dull without it.
I'm a bit of a fan of this genre, so I enjoyed it.
Though in the end I entered the wrong hair color and never found the third of the temporary timed items. At least, I assume those two things are responsible for my lack of 100%

Holy crap.
That had to have been the most awesome Madness fan movie I have seen.
Most of them are so concerned about imitating the original that they look choppy at best, but this one was smooth, and had some very real style.
I'm most ecstatic to see what comes next. So very interested.
